Numbness After Wisdom Teeth How Long Should I Have Numbness After Wisdom Tooth Extraction?

How long should I have numbness after wisdom tooth extraction? - numbness after wisdom teeth

I recently had an earlier question numbness after extraction of wisdom teeth. I forgot to add the most important information. It's been 1 months and since then I still have numbness in my lower lip region. They seem to have some nerve damage. The questions are how long should I expect to take this feeling? and should come into contact with another dentist or oral surgeon? Is this permanent?

You actually touch that never in the collection for you. You need parts of the nervous system are damaged. Usually the numbness is gone for about 2 hours, so that they have pain medication for severe pain. I'm only 13 and I have, because, well, my mother, a dentist, and he has done for me, so if something was wrong, it was easy for me to speak. Do we really need urgently to go to your dentist and maybe your doctor (if) a bad nerve damage. Good luck! xoxo

To answer your question of: "paresthsia you, is not necessarily permanent. It may take several months to resolve, and the resolution can be good, the entire restoration of normal sensation. I think that is recommended in conversation with a maxillofacial surgeon. Good luck to you!

In my case, the pain was more than I could imagine, such as 4 were to be eliminated immediately. I do not remember a feeling of numbness after the reduction of pain.
Better to contact your dentist or oral surgeon who performed the surgery.
