False claim: Breach of contract on automobile sale. They reposessed car in middle of night from garage.? - bad credit automobile financing
My parents had bought a new SUV in the Dallas, Texas, a month ago. Last week it was stolen from the garage in the middle of the night. Police were called and it was reported that the vehicle is stolen. A couple of days, called my mother to make your first payment (not due for another 2 weeks) and found that the finance company the agency had set no records. They said that the dealers have been slow to sending documents to call and see if the material was sent. When she saw the employee who has a reputation called said he was not speaking under the command of his superiors with her and her car had been stolen that had been arrested for breach of contract. He refused to go into details. He asked for the woman who said talk filed its financing with the dealer, he was no longer there. Mother called the police and spoke with the dealer and said he learned he was in breach of the contract, because their name and lending to one vehicle to another person buy used. The vehicle was Only Used by my parents, and are fully licensed and insured in their name. The fee is incredible! Police also said that although there were reasons for borrowing tresspassing still in the garage. She has no money for a lawyer and do not know what to do. Oh, and make matters worse, his old car was near the tooth with a new livery of the new (you guess the thief quickly in the middle of the night when the damaged had been parked). The name of the dealer is Hyudai Southwest in Dallas, TX. Has anyone any advice? Learn more about pro bono in Texas (they live in Mansfield near Dallas)? Never heard of someone done something like this before? Complaints against this dealer? Thank you for any help!

You need to visit your local DMV office with all supporting documents. Contracts, contracts, etc. You need photos of the damaged car,
File a formal complaint with the DMV. It will fill a few forms, but it's worht the time. DMV test for you, and enforcement of regulations have been violated.
As a trader, I can wind up with 100% certainty that the dealers are much more afraid to say, and goes on a complaint by the DMV for an application. The DMV has the power to impose fines, restrict their licensing examination for each individual treatment, and also a large retailer, for violations.
There is no fee for filing a complaint. But I insist that you must go in person to the DMV. In addition to that you are in the center. Most satellite offices were not the Director of Personnel Department of Licensing. Then go to the DMV office
Good luck
Earl BTW - this is not an insult if someone know the facts firsthand presented. The libel must be malicious false rumor.
