You have to finish the first game in each level, as liquid. the generic you save the game, a screen and then restart the game when loading the game ended. They meet the MRK. They all weapons and items are in your inventory.
If you take Drebin, stealth and camouflage scarf, it will buy for you, but each will be 5 million.
