I found a place that exists online in Washington that the opportunity to go and make and bottle of wine to be estamblishment in their offers Equiptment and with their experience. Does anyone know a place like here in Southern California?

I know a store in San Luis Obispo, custom designed wine but minimus amount may be too high for your needs (more on the needs of industry rather than make your own label bottles with 40-50). You can put them in touch and ask.
This process is called a stroke of the heart "custom", where they mingle with them / her knowledge.

Many places offer "make your own beer" are also "make your own wine. We have three here in CT / RI in a radius of fifty miles.
May I suggest you call a pub "staff" to determine whether they offer this service.
The place that I have at Rhode Iceland have at least 12 cases. This is the pefect if you want a few friends to go with you.
